All Points Broadband has been providing high-speed internet to rural communities for years. But as fiber technology took off and service areas expanded, their website hadn’t kept up. A hodge-podge of designs, visuals and URLs failed to deliver a cohesive brand promise, with the site often raising more questions than it answered.

We set out to build a new site from scratch. Careful analysis the current site’s user trends to preserve its strongest attributes. A reorganized site map and renamed navigation created an intuitive visitor experience. Consolidated URLs maximized SEO opportunities. And an updated user journey map ensured that visitors reached their destination efficiently.
